Got up early to head to Cape Girardeau in search of a van. Scale finally moved! Down 58.6 pounds. My BMI has dropped from 44 to 36. Maybe my emotions block has been freed.
I had a couple pieces of breakfast sausage and we hit the road. It was a beautiful day and some much needed together time. We listened to some tunes, talked and laughed. It was fun just taking a long drive together. The van didn’t pan out so we left and I had to stop by our branch location in cape to pick up some things they had for St. Louis.
We decided to get lunch early dinner before hitting the road home. We stopped at outback and I had a burger no bun and a salad.
On the way home we had a good laugh. I told Craig it probably wouldn’t be very good to get pulled over. My purse would be cause of some serious explanation. As most of you know I have my Conceal carry license. I said could you imagine a cop searching my purse and finding 13000 in cash, a gun, a bag of unmarked pills (my supplements) and a portable scale (used to weigh my protein when we eat out). Yes I think I would probably go to jail. The funny part is right after I said this, we passed a state boy running radar doing almost 80. I told Craig let’s not test this theory. We laughed. Not sure the officer would believe my explanations.
Thors issue looked great this morning. I didn’t get a chance to post last night because after our emergency room visit with him I was exhausted and fell asleep on the couch until Craig woke me at midnight. Stress wore me out.
When we got home we checked on Thor and it still looked great. We contacted some more people about vans for sale, cleaned up a few things and then decided to chill and paint some of our lawn decor that needed repainting I wasn’t hungry but had some pico de gallo and gluten free chips. They are not on the plan but I have tried them before and they didn’t hurt me. I still need to eat fruit.
Today was a great day spent with Craig laughing and letting go of some stress.
We found a van and are supposed to finalize it tomorrow or Monday. Craig is excited
