Day 61 

Better day today. Still stressed but had a good nights sleep.  Scale up a few ounces. 

For breakfast I had an orange. 

Lunch I had meatballs and two cups frozen peas. 

Dinner we had burgers wrapped in lettuce with onions and tomatoes.  I also had pickles. 

The photo below is a shirt I used to wear at least once a week. I wore it to do a side by side. It is too big in the shoulders and hangs differently on me now.
