Day 4

Last night after my post it got a little rough. About 8:30 I got a horrific headache and the muscles in my back and legs were cramping bad. I decided to drink some water and go to sleep. At midnight Craig came to bed and I woke up. My head felt like it was going to explode. I was hurting everywhere. He brought me two excedrin  migraine and I went back to sleep. My Fitbit said I was restless during the night. I got up at 5:00 and felt like death.  I got my coffee and headed out in a fog. When I got to work I had my breakfast of 8 strawberries hoping I just needed to eat. I wasn’t feeling much better after that. I felt dizzy and out of it.  I decided to call the doctor to be sure this was normal. She asked me if the feeling was more like being hung over than dizzy. I said yes but hungover x 2.  She said it was perfectly normal however she was happy to hear I was experiencing this so soon because most don’t until day 6-7.  She was happy because she said it’s working. My body is detoxing already. She said it’s because I am drinking my water and pushing it out.  I went to lunch and had my 4 ounces of tuna with a dill pickle cut up in it and two cups of radishes, peppers and tomatoes.  I had trouble eating it all so I saved the rest for later as a snack. I drank four 32 ounce cups of water today and was feeling a little better.  My afternoon snack was the rest of my lunch and an apple.

Craig had his appointment today and is now in the same protocol as me. He gets to do high calorie, high fat for two days first like I did.

Tonight for dinner I had 4 ounces of baked chicken and 2 cups of frozen peas.  I didn’t want my five crackers with dinner. I saved those for my after dinner snack.

It is now 9:30 and headache is gone and no hunger.  I was actually able to do a little aromatherapy work tonight.  All is looking good
