Day Three

Woke up today around 8:30 feeling a little anxious about what my day was going to be like. I was fearful I would be wanting to eat the furniture. I weighed in for the start and after eating all the required food the last two days I actually gained six pounds. I had Craig measure me and take photos. I started out with breakfast which consisted of a half of grapefruit and my black coffee.  I then began my busy day of finishing the purge of food in cabinets and cleaning up the mess I made yesterday.  My sister was kind enough to get this out of my house today.  Enjoy it boys!!  After breakfast I ran to store to get the last few things I could not find yesterday.  Around 11:30 I started feeling a little off and hungry so I weighed out four ounces of turkey and measured two cups of cucumbers and tomatoes. I also had my allowed five nut thins. I was pleasantly surprised at how much food I really had in front of me. I then finished my prepping of the foods I bought yesterday and packaged them up for quick and easy access. At 3:00 I had my second fruit for the day of an apple.  Around 5:30 we started dinner. Craig isn’t restricted yet. (He goes tomorrow) but we both had 4 ounces of white fish and he had cottage cheese and corn on the cob. I had the fish and two cups of mixed broccoli and cauliflower steamed and my five Crunchmaster crackers.  I drank almost 32 ounces of water so far and a glass of ice tea with dinner. It is now 7:27 and I have a headache but feel pretty good. Tired and legs hurting but but hungry. I do my drops three times a day and my other drops to wake my thyroid twice a day.   I prepared my lunch for tomorrow and got my weeks worth of supplements counted out.  Day three success!
